    this is what it’s come to I much rather prefer weightlifting now if you are starting with weightlifting try not to get too overwhelmed tried to do I’ve actually posted a video where I show you guys a ton of different weightlifting exercises that I do at the gym and amy has a couple of few if you guys want to watch them too but I would say if you were just starting go slow don’t think that you have to put on like these 45 pound weights and squat because that’s not how we started you have to start very slow and you
